Thanks to the new hardware, RTX 2080 Ti will be able to better handle the lighting effects, images in 8K games.
After a lot of leaks, NVIDIA officially launched the new RTX graphics card (GPU) on August 21. Thanks to the new Turing hardware, the promised products will deliver outstanding graphics performance.
The flagship of the RTX line is the RTX 2080 Ti with 4,352 CUDA cores, 11 GB of RAM and a 352-bit bus. The product uses GDDR6 memory for 616 Gbps bandwidth. With these specifications, the RTX 2080 Ti is NVDIA’s fastest GPU ever, capable of 8K video processing.
Users can order the RTX 2080 Ti from August 21 for $1,200 and will be delivered on September 20. Next to the high end, NVIDIA offers two additional options, the 799 RTX 2080 and the 2070 Founders, priced at $1,000 and $600.
Like the GTX 1080, the first GeForce 2080 Ti will be available in the “Founders Edition” with 1.35-1.63 GHz overclocking. The standard version will work at 1.54 GHz. In addition, NVIDIA’s most powerful graphics card can handle 10 GigaRay / s and require 650 watts of power.
